What TIQ does

TIQ helps you identify antiques and collectibles from photos and provides estimated information such as era, origin, materials, rarity notes, historical context, and approximate value ranges, along with comparable items from public marketplaces and reference data.

No appraisal or guarantee

All identifications, descriptions, and value estimates are generated by artificial intelligence and automated market research for informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional appraisals, authentication, or financial advice. We make no guarantee of accuracy, authenticity, or sale value. Do not rely on TIQ alone for buying, selling, insurance, tax, estate, or legal decisions without independent verification by a qualified expert.

Acceptable use

• Use TIQ lawfully and only upload images you have the right to use.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app or its services.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Subscriptions and payments

TIQ offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock unlimited scans and premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Free usage

Free features may include daily limits that can change over time. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free features at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The app, website design, and our content (excluding your photos and notes) are owned by ATN Marketing SRL and protected by law. You retain rights to photos you upload.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIQ is provided “as is” without warranties, and ATN Marketing SRL is not liable for losses arising from reliance on identifications or value estimates.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
