TIQ helps you identify antiques and collectibles from photos and provides estimated information such as era, origin, materials, rarity, history, and an approximate value range, along with comparable items from public marketplaces.
All identifications, descriptions, and value estimates are generated by artificial intelligence and automated market data for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional appraisals, authentication, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of accuracy, authenticity, or sale value. Do not rely on TIQ for buying, selling, insurance, or legal decisions without independent verification by a qualified expert.
You agree to use TIQ lawfully and to only upload images you have the right to use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.
TIQ offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock unlimited scans, unlimited expert chat, and other premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Free features may include daily limits that can change over time. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free features at our discretion.
The app, its design, and content (excluding your own photos and notes) are owned by us and protected by law. You retain rights to the photos you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIQ is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on identifications or value estimates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
